I was sent this bottle of wine from Four Seasons.I'm rarely drink except on events. So i didn't have any wine glass with me lolLuckily had a Champange glass from gawd knows where .This was my Christmas Eve meal.I didn't go anywhere (yes,i'm a very boring person)Stayed in and prepared mashed poatoes,Chicken steak and boiled veggies.Home baked fruit cake (a gift)
I thought of doing some mixology of orange juice with the red wine but then got too lazy to go buy the juice :pDining in with Four Seasons Shiraz Red Wine Type: Still Red WineGrapes:ShirazOrigin: Baramati, Maharashtra, IndiaStyle: Dry
Tasting notes:Colour : Dark ruby red with black cherry hues.Aroma : Crushed raspberries abound, combining with spicy and smoky notes and a subtle hints of violet. Palate : This rich, full-bodied wine has a nice amount of complexity offering fruit and spice on the palate and a pleasant finish with smooth velvety tannins.
Serving suggestion: Enjoyed best at 16 - 18° C with barbequed red meats and game. Its spicy character makes it an ideal accompaniment to Indian cuisine.Dining in with Four Seasons Shiraz Red Wine How Did You Spend Your Christmas 2013?Dining in with Four Seasons Shiraz Red Wine
