Did Jesus Had Siblings?

Hello everyone. Previously I thought that Jesus was the only son of Joseph and Mary. But not after reading following Bible verses.
 
Mention of his brothers in Acts of Apostles
"Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mountain called Olivet, which is near
Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away. When they had come in, they went up into the upper room, where they were staying; that is Peter, John, James, Andrew,
Philip, Thomas, Bartholomew, Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, Simon the
Zealot, and Judas the son of James. All these with one accord continued  steadfastly in prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers." Acts 1: 12-14

Mother Mary and his siblings visited Jesus
"And then his brothers and his mother came, and standing outside, they sent to him, calling him. And a crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, 'Look, your mother and your brothers are outside looking for you.' " Mark 3: 31-32
His brothers go to the festival of Shelters but Jesus stays behind and goes afterwards
"After these things, Jesus was walking in Galilee, for he would not walk in Judea, because the Jewish leaders sought to kill him. Now the Jewish festival, the Feast of Tabernacles, was near. His brothers therefore said to him, 'Depart from here, and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works which you do. For no one does anything in secret, and himself seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, reveal yourself to the world.' For even his brothers did not believe in him. Jesus therefore said to them, 'My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready. The world cannot hate you, but it hates me, because I testify about it, that its works are evil. You go up to the feast. I am not yet going up to this feast, because my time is not yet fulfilled.' Having said these things to them, he stayed in Galilee. But when his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he also went up, not publicly, but as it were in secret." John 7:1-10
In following Bible passage names of his brothers are mentioned
"And it happened that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed from there. And coming into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, 'Where did this man get this wisdom, and these mighty works? Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother called Mary, and his brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? And are not all of his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all of these things?' "Matthew 13: 53-56
Why roman catholic church exclude his brothers and sisters? We celebrate feast of holy family during Christmas time. This holy family consists of Joseph, Mary and only Jesus. If they were children of Joseph and Mary then why Mary is called virgin? Lastly if Jesus had brothers and sisters why did he give Mary to John to take care of her? Please do comment.
