It is finally starting to feel like the eastern summer I've been warned about. The humidity has really set in and the temperature is rising. (although we're supposed to have a storm come in next week that will drastically cool it down, of course) I've lived in Florida before, and so far, that summer was much worse. But I don't want to jinx it. I definitely miss the dry heat of Utah, there really is nothing better as far as summer weather goes.
This denim tunic from White Plum Boutique is perfect for summer. It would work well as a dress (if you're short like me), a top (for those with a bit more height), or a swim cover-up. I love all of the little details- the ruching on the pockets, the buttons down the back, the buttons around the neckline, the slits on the sides, and the every so subtle puffiness on the shoulders.
