The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce will present a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Japanese ramen restaurant Yusho-Ken at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13.
Restaurant president Yukinari Yamamoto will receive certificates of welcome and congratulations from City and political officials at the grand opening of Yusho-Ken at 815. W. Naomi Ave., #1, in the Pavilions Shopping Center, West of Baldwin Avenue.
Guests at the celebration will enjoy complimentary sushi, rolls, appetizers and drinks.
