Crochet detail shell top, Topshop; Boyfriend jeans, c/o Levi's; Two-part sandals, Zara; Necklace, c/o Little Nell Jewellery; Celine Trio Mini. Well hello June! You crept up on me pretty quickly.
Today I’m feeling a little overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by the community, by emails, by trying to squeeze in more than I can and by life in general. It’s a Catch 22 situation and I’m not going to be complacent, so let’s leave it at that.
I can hardly believe we’re already halfway through the year. So much has happened and yet not much at all has too. I started a shiny new job and put my freelancing life on hold; I holidayed in Morocco with my blog and four of the best girls the community has to offer; I came very close to losing a best friend but patched things back up; I saw another of my best friends get engaged!!; I dated a lovely boy who treated me like a real-life princess; I bought a mint green coat and my Celine bag of dreams; and I added two teeny tiny tortoises to my family. But hey -- there’s always room for more to be done! (Like obsessively watch Orange Is The New Black because I only just got on that Netflix bandwagon.)

I wore this ensemble a week or two ago when I went for brunch with the ever beautiful Aisling. I instantly fell in love with this adorable shell top from Topshop - like just look at the collar edging and the frills at the sleeves. SO CUTE. I actually really want to wear it with a little pleated skirt and my Orla Kiely heels this summer and go all out on the kawaii front.
Time to stock up on even more insanely-cute-and-girly clothing for the faux summer that is imminent for England. And also to plan for my holiday in Hong Kong! Aw yeah. You heard me. ;)
