Watching... not much at the moment.
Embracing... hygge aka the Danish art of creating a warm atmosphere and making ordinary, every day moments more meaningful and special. It really aligns with the practice of quality over quantity.
Enjoying... our new refrigerator which has way more space than our old one. We will be filling up that freezer with homemade dumplings soon.
Giving up... cold beverages for good. I don't really ever drink anything ice cold but I'm cutting them out entirely. This is why. It has also been advised by my TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) doctor and I really think there's something to it.
Loving... the Echo Dot we received for Christmas! We use it to play music, catch us up on the news and weather and for quick facts and definitions.
Looking forward to... Chinese New Year. which is this Saturday. My favorite holiday of the year. Of course we will be partaking in some of these lucky foods. Check out this primer on Chinese New Year customs.
Not looking forward to... 4 years of president fart (apparently trump is slang for fart in Britain). Now more than ever we need to continually stay informed and stand up for what we believe in. Remember that midterms are just 2 years away.
