Current Favourite Skincare - Nov 14

Current Favourite Skincare - Nov 14My skin is a bit crazy at the moment due to the pregnancy hormones so I have been on the hunt for a basic yet effective routine to help with the sensitivity, spots and dryness. (Yes, I have it all)
I wanted to share with you 3 products that really have stood out to me and I try not to go a day without using.
First up is the Botanics Skin Relief Serum Ultra Calm (£7.99 Boots) which is a lightweight serum that contains marshmallow, liquorice and linden flower to help with skin sensitivity.
My skin gets very red now and sometimes a little rash can appear in areas when I have used a product my skin doesn't agree with and this seems to just calms everything down. I use this every morning underneath moisturiser and my skin is left looking calm and feeling very smooth.
I can't see me straying from this anytime soon, I am about to purchase my third tube of it whilst its on offer.
The daily moisturiser I have been using after the botanics serum is the Sarah Chapman Skineses Dynamic Defence Anti-ageing Day Cream SPF15 (£43 Space Nk) I have been testing a few products from Sarah Chapman and to begin with I wasn't sold but over time I have really fallen in love with the range.
This is a fairly light-weight but nourishing moisturiser, that literally does it all. Brightening and protecting it is full of some great ingredients and I have found on my crazy combination skin it balances it all out and leaves my skin looking alive. I only have the sample size but as soon as payday is here the full size will be mine.
The last product I wanted to share with you is the Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial (£45 Space NK) which is a rather raved about product and for good reason.
This is an overnight serum that has antioxidants, vitamins and omega oils along with a whole host of other amazing things in it to help firm, smooth and protect the skin whilst giving it a healthy glow. It sounds like a miracle in a bottle and to me it is. The morning after use my skin is glowing without being greasy, feels smooth and any redness or blemishes I have are reduced dramatically. I really notice the difference in my skin when I don't use this for a few days. Like the day cream I am counting down the days until payday so I can buy the full size so I don't have to ration this out.
I can't see me straying from these products for sometime, even though the beauty obsessive in me sometimes thinks I want to try something new. I have to remind myself of how much these have improved my skin and there really is no need to try anything else....for now.
On that note, what are your go to skin care items? Any other Sarah Chapman products I should try?
