This has been on my TBR list for ages since I took part in a blog tour for the first book. I really enjoyed this book, a blend of historical fiction, literary fiction and steampunk. It picks up pretty soon after the first book ends. It's been a while since I read the first book so it took a few chapters to get reacquainted with Abbey. This is well-written and hugely enjoyable. I look forward to getting lost in the final book.
