Hello and welcome back. All right so the summer is over and we are over it, aren't we? and it's a beautiful thing trust me. I didn't mean to be pessimistic in my last post at all I just know how it feels. Even though it's still feels like summer here in Atlanta and for another month or two still gonna be summer we can notice the difference fresher air, chilly nights and warmer thighs.
In this post I'd like to tell you a lil'bit more about F-number (F-stop) on you camera if you got one or if you are trying to understand what it is if you are using Auto setting on your camera and you want to squeeze more out of you camera. Technically F is focal lenght and the number right after "/" is the diameter of the entrance pupil (effective aperture). The higher the number the LESS light will reach image sensor or film if anyone still using that. Atleast thats how I understand it and been told by my mentor. Mostly (but not only) this trick been used to create so called depth of field
if depth of field doesn't tell you anything I'll be more simpler the photographs taken with a low f-number will tend to have subjects at one distance in focus, with the rest of the image (nearer and farther elements) out of focus, people just gonna tell blurry to point something out. 
it's a very fun part of photography that takes time to learn but once you do you'll be amazed how can you express yourself in a picture without telling a thing. Also on our second picture you can notice another thing called Bokeh affect I will teach/tell you about it in my upcoming posts.
