Cow & Gate Growing Up Milk
Our growing family at Precious Little Worlds /blog, had the chance to test out one of the leading baby/toddler brands around in milk plus food which was Cow & Gate.
Sure, you all know about Cow & Gate but if you're unsure will give you some information about them.

About
Cow & Gate

At Cow & Gate we believe that growing up shouldn’t be a race. It happens just once and is a time to be treasured and enjoyed. It’s that exciting time when you see your little one’s character emerge. When they become a unique little individual. We fuel, celebrate and support every unique little individual, so parents and little ones can make the most of those early years.
Did you know that Cow & Gate grew from humble beginnings as a small grocery shop? From apples to royalty, to American inventions and feeding millions of babies - it's a colourful story we're proud to call our history.1771- now 2014
Please note this part about the brand is from http://www.cowandgate.co.uk/about-us/historyonly used for the purpose of my blog post.
Will be testing and reviewing Cow & Gates Growing Up Milk 1-2 years.

Items received included  Cow & Gate X2 growing up milk 1-2 years ready to feed milk in  1 liter cartons.
First of all with my son ( Alfie ) is round 22months, at this age you can go on to cows milk or keep on breastfeeding its your own personal choice.  My partner and I already had our son on the powdered form of Cow and Gate milk and wanted to see how and if it was any different or any benefits.
I have to say straight away, I am a huge fan of Cow & Gate as this go's back to when my daughter was born 10 weeks early, even with me expressing milk as my daughter was very ill in a incubator they had to tube feed Millie my milk, but further down the line in SCBU got the chance to use Cow & Gate teats plus the outstanding nutriprem when in hospital then nutriprem 2 with Cow & Gate instant carobel that is an instant gelling or thickening agent prepared from carob beans,On taking Millie my daughter home.
As you can tell without all the products they offer it would of been difficult.

    Useful instructions
Ready to drink without further preparation.
    Shake well before use.
Encourage your toddler to drink out of a beaker.
Serve either cold or warm. If warmed, check temperature of feed.
Leftover milk after feeding should be discarded within 2 hours.
Unused milk can be resealed and stored in the fridge for up to 72 hours.
Toddlers should be supervised at all times when feeding.
Do not heat in a microwave. Hot spots may occur and cause scalding.

This fridge-friendly version is perfect for on the go mums like I find myself being a part time working mom. But remember you don't need to put in your fridge until you open the carton so not a problem having a few in your cupboards to stock up on.
I found the cartons just so simple and easy to use as previously with the powder the scoop just seems to get so messy, I know the powder seems to last a lot longer than the ready made milk.
Alfie just loved his first cup of milk even waiting a little bit more so no problems with the taste, I am very much keen on my kids having milk more then juice as a Dental Nurse its something I follow so much. My son also did have some of the milk warmed up in the evening before bedtime, but do remember to brush your little one's teeth not long after.

Daddy getting Alfie already for bedtime!
All in all I am very impressed and do think as a toddler the cartons more fit our family. Why not pop on the Cow & Gate website for more fantastic products on offer.
