COVERGIRL TROPICAL FUSION EYESHADOW : THE PERFECT SPRING/ SUMMER EYESHADOW PALETTE
Hey everyone! Today I am going to review and share with you all my favorite spring summer eyeshadow palette. It’s the Covergirl Eyeshadow Tropical Fusion Quad. It has four absolutely gorgeous and perfect bright eyeshadows. It’s not a new palette in my kitty, I have had it for quiet some time. So here comes the review.
PRICE: $5.99 USD
The packaging is not too fancy, a rectangular quad with a transparent plastic lid, which is not flimsy. I have travelled with this palette and its travel friendly and has not failed me ever. So even though the packaging is cheap looking its quiet sturdy.
Colors: Tropical Fusion is an assortment of four bright colors.
The left most blue color is a vibrant blue color which looks matte in day light but has a sheen pearly finish when you see it up close. The color is very pigmented and a little goes a long way. It blends effortlessly.
COVERGIRL TROPICAL FUSION IN FLASH
The second color is a sea foam teal blue green eyeshadow. I love this beautiful color it suits Indian complexion a lot and is a fun bright teal green-blue hue on the eyes. This color is also pigmented and goes on smoothly over the lids.
The third color is a medium burnt orange color with satin finish. Its the perfect crease color, great for using as a transition color. The color looks good if worn all over the lids too. In a nut shell it looks beautiful. Its decently pigmented but can be chalky if used more than required, so be sure to pat the excess product before applying it.

The fourth color is lime green color and it is the least pigmented of the lot. The color is beautiful but the pigmentation leaves a lot more to be desired. But I make it work by using it over NYX JUMBO PENCIL MILK.
What I love about this palette the most is that the colors chosen are all so good that there are a lot of possibilities and combinations that can be easily made. Stay tuned for EOTDS using this palette. The texture is smooth but if used with a heavy hand can be a litlle chalky, so always pat off the excess product.
Staying power is average, you will notice some fading after 6 hours, so not your ideal palette for a day long event, but to me 6 hours wear is sufficient.
