"Dressing the part" is a concept that holds true in almost all aspects of life. On the days that I work from home, I think it is SO important to wake up, shower, and get dressed before starting to do my work. I feel much more motivated and in the zone than if I were to start working in my PJS and glasses. The same goes for working out. If I'm wearing work out clothes that I like and feel comfortable in, I am much more inclined to participate in a successful workout. I LOVE colorful leggings like these, and although my fiance thinks I am crazy that I have 4 stacks of colorful leggings in my closet...they are the best investment in my eyes.
