Man, I love a good carb. How about you? I have a special place in my heart for cheesy carbs too. What am I saying? We all do. ​

Classic Lasagna

I used to think that lasagna was the 4 hour long process that included working in a kitchen with no a/c and making noodles from scratch. I'm out. Then people like Barilla came up with these little gems. ​Win! 

Classic Lasagna

I used an all beef mixture for this lasagna mainly because I love Italian sausage, but just not what it does to my tum. I'll stop, but you see where I'm going with this. ​You can totally use a 50/50 beef/Italian sausage mix and it would be tasty. 

Classic Lasagna

This lasagna comes together quickly as the sauce is made in the same pan as the meat​ and the noodles are oven ready. It makes a rather large dish and can feed a crowd or make great leftovers!
