Clarins Pore Minimising Serum Review..

By Beautybliss @BeautyBliss14

Hello beauties..

I have a quick review of the Clarins Pore Refining Serum for you today. I didn’t really know what to expect when purchasing this particular Clarins product, but from the reviews I read, it seemed to be something that I NEEDED to happily sit in my bathroom cabinet..

Since using this serum, I have to say that I can actually see a difference, it isn’t dramatic (yet anyway) but my skin seems calmer. It has controlled the redness and my pores do appear reduced, so I guess it does do “what it says on the tin”. I have also noticed that I am getting a lot less break-outs, apart from those horrible hormonal blemishes that never seem to want to kindly pack up and leave!

One thing I don’t like about this serum, is the smell! It’s very perfumed and a little over whelming on the face, but it does fade quickly. However, keep that in mind if you are not a fan of perfumed products, as this may not tickle your fancies!

The consistency of this serum is nice, very light weight and it soaks up into skin effortlessly. I usually use this before bed and first thing in the morning before moisturising and have found that it helps my foundation go on a little easier too, which is an added bonus!

The packaging is okay, nothing special though, but I guess the product makes up for it! It’s very small, smaller than I thought it would be, but you really don’t need much at all – so hopefully it will last a decent amount of time.

It is a little pricey, but just about affordable compared to a lot of others on the market, you can buy it from debenhams for £23.

I would recommend this if you are struggling with pores and break outs, but research it up and see if you think it would work for your skin type! It is great for oily types due to it being a light weight formula, so if you suffer from bad pores and oily skin, this may be the product for you!

Hope you are all well anyway and enjoying Valentines day? It’s not a day that really excites me if I’m honest and it’s not because I’m single and miserable, but I just genuinely can’t be bothered with the silliness of it all…if you love someone, surely its best to show them every day instead of forcing it on one day a year? Okay – maybe I am a bit miserable!
