Cheesy Tuna Pasta

The family is getting smaller and it is so difficult to cook just for two.  Then again, I am sick of eating out these days.  
So one pot meal it shall be. Cheesy Tuna Pasta, which I hope hubby will enjoy.
Cheesy Tuna Pasta

What you need:
130g cheddar cheese, grated1600g water2 tsp olive oil150g tinned tuna, in olive oil, drained1 tsp lemon juiceA dash of black pepper200g dried fusilli pasta80g frozen sweet corn kernels40g frozen green pea2 tbsp mayonnaise1 tsp chili flakes
Method:
Place water and 1 tsp olive oil in TM bowl, 10 mins/100℃/Sp 1.  
In a medium-sized bowl, add tuna, using a fork to flake it.  
Add in the cheddar cheese and mix well with the tuna flakes.
Season with lemon juice, pepper, chilli flakes, mayonnaise and 1 tsp of olive oil.  Set aside.
Add pasta to the TM bowl. 9 min/100℃/reverse speed.  See packaging for cooking time.
Add in frozen peas and corn. 2 min/100℃/reverse speed
Drain and add the pasta to the tuna mixture.   Toss to combine well.
Stir in the mayonnaise and 1 tsp of olive oil.
Serve immediately.
