Cheese Lover's Day

Today is national cheese lover's day so I thought I'd take the time to express my love of cheese to you all! No joke, I am a cheese addict...I could eat it all day and not get sick of it! I love stilton, Brie, Chedder...al of it really. My new favorite is the Mexicana cheese which has chilli and jalapeño peppers in...it is amazeballs! What are your thoughts on cheese?
