CHAR{ant} is a modern (sometimes futuristic) fashion jewelry line. All designs are made with the highest attention to detail and with the best quality materials and techniques.
I have been a designer for as long as I can remember. I used to sketch clothes and accessories for my Barbies. I would take scraps of fabric and make clothes for them. LOL. I had a small clothing brand for a while but I put it on hold and decided to pursue Costume Design. I was doing well in that field but I missed creating and designing product. I always loved making the accessories and earrings to go along with my clothes. While on a break between films I decided to take a silversmithing class to see if it was something I could do well. I fell in love with jewelry design, starting with something raw and flat and working with my hands to make it 3 dimensional. I started getting interest from people I had worked with in the fashion industry who saw my designs and from there I created CHAR {ant} Jewelry!
My inspiration comes from nature and different cultures. There aren’t any shapes I can create that haven’t already been created naturally. I’m also really inspired by tribal adornments of people from regions all over the world.
I have creative control! As a creative person, people often want to hire me for my expertise but dictate how things should be done. With CHAR {ant}, I can make anything I want! It is so liberating!

I love the new line! I definitely want the Fringe necklace and earrings and all the rings… yep… and the cuffs… lol… no shocker there!
