Celebrities Took to Twitter – Urges Americans to VoteThe eagerly awaited 2012 Presidential elections are here, atlast! Everyone was keenly waiting for November 6, when voters from across the country will cast their ballots for the suitable candidate competing for the White House.

The candidates for the same – current White House occupant Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney have been making headlines from quite some time now. The Democrats and the Republicans have been striving hard get maximum support of the voters through their respective voting campaigns.

The celebrities have also leaped in to help Obama and Romney in the election battle. Celebs have taken to social network sites like Twitter to encourage American citizens to vote in the 2012 Presidential Election. Though some are voicing their political opinions, others are just pushing people to make their own choice.

Beyonce and Katy Perry are voting for Obama while Lindsay Lohan and Kid Rock are supporting Mitt Romney.

Donald Trump stated, “Obama is angry, frustrated and desperate. He said ‘voting is the best revenge.’ He is divisive. … In ’08, America voted for Hope & Change. Instead, we got incompetency. Now it is time to put a real job creator in office. Vote 4 Mitt!”
