It is time again to celebrate small things -- or even the big ones, or both :)
This week, I am celebrating...
1. Finding out that Becky (the wounded abandoned cow we had been trying to help a few weeks back that just disappeared) has been found by sewadars (volunteers). She was fed and cared for until they were able to take her to Anandpur Sahib where there is a shelter for abandoned cattle.
2. Dad caught the flu (a real nasty one) but recovered quickly
3. My stepmom and I did not catch Dad's flu (fingers, toes, arms, legs and even eyes closed that we never do)
I am celebrating with roasted corn on the cob fresh from our veg garden (which is another thing to celebrate... yay!) Don't worry, I will definitely have just for you :)
