Leonard Carson, an engineering technician for San Diego Composites came up with this custom-made 100% carbon fiber Stormtrooper helmet back in 2011. The helmet is handmade from aerospace-grade carbon fiber and weighs just a little over a pound (with the foam on the inside). Unfortunately it’s sold out but originally cost just $3,500!
