Camu Camu raw organic powder. Pomegranate raw organic powder and pure Opti-MSM flakes.
I also take another pure high-quality form of Optimsm capsules from a different supplement brand.
The Camu Camu in my opinion is excellent. I like the mildly tangy taste. It mixes well in water, and it provides a natural potent source of Vitamin C.
The only complaint I have is the price is quite expensive for the size of the product.
However, I would rather pay more for something grade A compared to something cheap and of low quality when it is going into my body.
Sunfood MSM is also excellent as well as the Pomegranate. The Pomegranate powder does not taste all that great but as long as it provides benefits, mixes well, and is clean then I am satisfied.
