Business Analysis: An Important Discipline in any IT project

Business AnalysisBusiness Analysis or Business Systems Analysis is an important discipline in any IT project including but not limited to eliciting requirements through techniques, documenting requirements and coordinating entire projects. Since business analysis is the only liaison between business, functional and technical stakeholders of a project, the success or failure of the project is directly related to the expertise and skill of a Business Analyst.

Litcom provides business analysis expertise and skilled resources to assist our clients in a variety of business analysis capacities including:

Bridging between the business and technical communities

Litcom BA’s speak business and technology. They have experience understanding and communicating how the business wants a system to operate and are able to develop the business requirements document such that the techies can build the right solution.

Analyzing competing business needs

In every project there are trade-offs and decisions that must be made regarding the scope. Litcom BAs are skilled at determining the nature of the trade-offs, presenting them to the business stakeholders so the right decisions can be made and then capturing and documenting them so that systems can be configured and developed in the shortest time possible.
