This is the second time I visit the Dead Sea in Jordan, and every time I stay at the Movenpick. This hotel is well prepped, well maintained and boasts a professional and well-trained staff…Breakfast at the Movenpick enjoys all the points that makes it tasty and good. I’m not going to compare it to a luxurious five star hotel in Europe, but as a place on its on, it’s good.
We were a group of twenty dentists coming from Lebanon for a three-day conference. We all met for breakfast every morning before starting our days…On the menu:- Three fresh juices jars and a water bucket
- The fresh drink column, changed everyday
- The organic corner
- The fruits island
- Cereals, dried fruits and corn flakes
- Danish pastry, donuts and croissants
- Hummus, labneh, butter and halawa
- The bread island
- Cheese and cold cuts
- Eggs, foul, falafel and pancakes
- Baked beans, porridge, beef sausage, chicken sausage, potato wedges, grilled tomato, mini beef burger, manakeesh
- The eggs were well done, non watery, well seasoned and not oily
- The croissant was enjoyable to eat, not chewy and not fatty. The most important thing is that it didn’t give me a heartburn
- The labneh was really good. Its consistency was good, close to the ones we have in Lebanon
- The bread was crunchy and fresh, produced on the same day
- The fruits are freshly cut and served
