Three nights at L’Estelle en Camargue were enough to drain all my stress away. Four days of relaxation and calm, in an ambiance of peace and serenity. Every morning, my biological alarm used to wake me up naturally and a feeling of hunger just led me by the pool to enjoy L’estelle’s unique breakfast.
L’estelle en Camargue offers a one of a kind breakfast on all levels. Premium ingredients, a wide choice, a professional service, tasty coffee and a superbe setup make you start your day in style.
The Breakfast propositions:
- Orange juice
- Fresh cold milk
- Three kinds of jam (Apricots, red fruits and marmalade)
- Individual butter pots
- 13 different choices of dried fruits and cereals (bananas, raisin, apricot, raspberry…)
- Yogurt

- Nutella and honey individual portions
- Three kinds of corn flakes
- Two cakes
- Croissants
- Three kinds of fresh and crispy french baguettes
- Couple of cheese choices left from the night’s dinner
- Scrambled eggs, bacon and boiled eggs

The quality and freshness of the ingredients stayed the same a day after the other, enjoying their unique croissants, crispy bread, non oily salmon, the unique choice of dried fruits and much more.
The croissant is extraordinary: When we tasted this unique piece of creations we thought to ourselves: “That’s better than at Paul’s or Fauchon”. Could L’estelle have a special in-house recipe? It turned out to be frozen croissants that he cooks on the spot every morning. Those are to die for.
As for the service, it is the cherry on top. A staff, always happy, is ready to make of your day a 12 hours life in flowers. The cutlery is changed immediately without asking, the plates are cleaned, the coffee is refilled and the buffet updated in a smooth synchronisation.
The best part of my stay was the breakfast that I still remember to date.
