I thought i would do a review of the bodyshop lip balm ishowed in my haul video, if you havent seen it click here. Please also tell me if you have tried any lip products that you really like.
So I was in The Body Shop and purchased a Born Lippy Lipstick Balm- Pomegranate which was £3. Personally I thought the pomegranate one smelt the best but they did have others.
I think it is such fun packaging. I love the lips and the 'HMMM'!! The little hearts are also super cute.I prefer lip products that come as a stick as it saves you using your finger and then ending up with greasy hands. It has a lot of product in it too its not likea silly little bit that will last you a week. It actually has a lot in it...its the size of the packaging which is fabbydabbydosey!! It is a really good lip moisture and your lips feel instantly more moist and lushishly (which is not a word...but oh well!) beautiful.
Word of warning...It is NOT shear!! I made the mistake of thinking it would be. When i came out the shop I just put it all over my lips...later to be told by my mom that my face was an orange red color. The color you see is the color you get...which would make sense but for some reason or another i thought it would be sheer, Boy was i wrong!
Positives:-
~It is a stick...no greasy fingers
~Really Moisturising
~Great Smell/Taste
~Lovely orange red color on your lips...Not sheer!!
~Fun packaging
Negatives:-
~Not sheer..which is both positive and negative.
~Doesnt last that long on your lips
