Hi friends! I hope everything is well. Things are good on my end. Weather has been gorgeous, and I've completely entered the period of the year where I have zero idea what to wear. It's nice and warm during the day, but the mornings and evenings are cool. Not to mention the museum is, generally, really cold, so I am mostly sticking with pants. But a few weekends ago the temperatures got above 80 and I knew that it was time to break out a skirt!
I've worn this skirt before, and was struggling with ways to wear it - I always tuck something in, as seen in previous blog posts. However, as I was cleaning my closet (seriously, I just moved 6 months ago - how does it need cleaning already?) I came across the linen peplum-esque top from Loft. I bought it who knows how long ago, and I think I wore it once. Well, it's officially back in the rotation! I'm still torn on peplums...I think they look great on some people. On me, possibly not so much. However, I think it paired well with this skirt and created a sort of bohemian look. Perfectly comfortable for a day on my feet!
