For our second Best of the Best retrospective, we have one my favorite style stars ever, Ginnifer Goodwin. Ginnifer has a way of transforming herself on the red carpet in a way I've never seen before. One day she can be the perfect Bond-esque girl in Gucci and the next day will look as if she walked off the streets of Rome in Valentino red. And this year especially we got to see a special bond develop between Ginnifer and designer Monique Lhuillier. Having worn several of Monique's designs to perfection on red carpets from the Emmys to the Met Gala, this beautiful marriage will only continue to grow in years to come. Remember Monique's Spring 2013 collection? Those seaside blues will look heavenly with Ginnifer's dark locks and green eyes.
