BERBER OIL MASK – WITH ARGAN OIL : PRODUCT REVIEW
If you are a regular reader of Beautybykaris you will know that I love AVEDAs Damage Remedy Mask which featured in my Save Your Hair post – but because it is quite a high-end mask and with all the hype around Argan oil, I decided to try out this cheaper option at only £7.99 from Amazon
WHAT DOES IT DO?
This product is designed for Dry and Damaged hair, it is meant to nourish and hydrate - it is also marketed to have other benefits such as reducing the time it takes for your hair to dry and making your hair more manageable.
HOW TO USE IT?
After Shampooing as an intense conditioner, or as a mask on wet hair.
WHAT I THINK?
I have used other OSMO products and quite like the range they do, however I was let down by this product. I don’t think it has made much difference to my hair, after I use a Mask I expect my hair to feel amazing, and the ends to feel smooth – but this product didn’t leave me feeling amazed at all.
I tried using it in every way I thought possible – I left it on for longer, I used it on its own, I used it on dry hair etc - any attempt to see if it worked.
I assumed because it contained Argan Oil it would be good, (As Argan Oil contains Vitamin E which is great for the hair and skin).
All hair is different, this product may suit someone elses hair, (Maybe with less bleach in it) but I think next time I will go for PURE Argan Oil or stick to my Aveda Loves.
