Being a Frummy

What does "being a frummy" mean to you?
There is an interesting letter published in The Lakewood Scoop. The writer, self-described as a baalebus, bemoans the fashion show he saw when going shopping in a Lakewood supermarket. Not tznius, assur, a michshol, and all that jazz.
To me the most interesting part of the letter is that he justifies his complaint by saying he isnt a frummy as he wears blue shirts during the week. Meaning, dont think he is complaining because he is a regular yeshivish guy in kollel who doesnt take his nose out of his sefer just complaining and therefore you can be dismissive, but he wears blue shirts and is a normal guy and if he is complaining it must be pretty bad!
