Before Building Your Dream Office, Consider Two Factors

Most dentists daydream about designing and building their dream office. Yet so few actually take the plunge, thanks to the dueling forces of fear and inertia. But planning out the finances of a new office and figuring out how it would impact the short- and long-term cash flow of the practice can remove fear from the equation by determining whether or not it is feasible to construct a new facility. And if the calculations support construction, then the dentist has to decide if building a dream office is his top priority. A dentist must be fully committed to the process—financially and mentally—in order for it to be successful.
