Beauty Review | Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint by Barry M

As I have an allergy to nail polish it’s not often that you’ll see nail polish posts on Juicy Satsuma. Every now and then though I come across a color or collection that I just can’t resist. Weirdly, although I can’t wear nail polish on my fingernails without getting a rash all over my face, I can wear it on my toenails no problem. Recently I picked up these polishes from Barry M and I’ve been wearing them on my toes, even though it’s hardly open toe season quite yet, and I spend five days a week wearing wellies for my job!  Beauty Review | Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint by Barry M
All of these polishes are from the Gelly Hi Shine collection, and I ended up with four because they were on a 2 for £6 offer in Superdrug. £12 for four amazing quality nail polishes is a bargain in my book!
All of these polishes are incredibly opaque (one coat is definitely enough), quick drying, long lasting and super thick and glossy. They really do give that gel manicure effect for a fraction of the price of a beauty salon manicure.
As for the color range, well you can see for yourself how lovely these colours are. I’m a sucker for pretty pastels and you can never go wrong with a classic red.

In my opinion they are definitely worth the extra quid. They are significantly better quality than the standard polishes.
I think I’ll be adding Blueberry, Satsuma (of course), Lychee and Dragon Fruit to my Gelly Hi Shine collection in the near future!
Have you tried any of the Barry M Gelly Hi Shine polishes?
