Laneige Homme launches the all-new Oil Control Cleanser and Oil Control Water Lotion

It’s no big secret that most men tend to have larger and more active sebaceous glands as compared to the fairer sex, making them more prone to having oily skin. As such, they need efficacious products that address the problem at its root cause to ensure it does not worsen over time.
In recognition of this, as well as most men’s preference for a fuss-free skincare regime, LANEIGE HOMME is proud to launch the new Oil Control Cleanser and Oil Control Water Lotion, a two-step skincare regime to help men achieve fresh and clear complexion.
Step 1: Cleanse With LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Cleanser
The LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Cleaner is also packed with vitamin E to provide the much-needed nutrition to healthy skin cells and jojoba oil to form a protective layer of moisture over skin and keep sebum production under control. Last but not least, the cleanser also contains menthol to give that energising burst of freshness that men love, while removing excess sebum from the skin.
Step 2: Moisturize With LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Water Lotion
The innovative LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Water Lotion is a double-layered water lotion that has the dual benefits of a toner and moisturiser, leaving the skin fresh, hydrated and well balanced without a greasy feel after application.
The LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Water Lotion contains the “golden ratio” of one part lotion to 11 parts toner. The lotion layer contains organic coconut oil to keep parched oily-combination skin moisturised, while the water layer contains Hydro Ion Mineral to replenish moisture as well as Marine Polymer and Pine Extracts to help absorb and remove excess sebum for a moisturized and fresh-looking complexion.
The Oil Control Water Lotion also contains skin-friendly stabilising ingredient lecithin to ensure that the lotion and water layers are mixed instantly and evenly.
Surveys done on 40 men in their 20s and 30s with troubled skin concerns reported an improvement in their skin condition after using the Oil Control Water Lotion. With a 100% rate of satisfaction, respondents felt that their skin texture is softer and smoother; 92.5% felt their skin was more moisturised; while 90% agreed that their skin was less oily after using the product.
Priced at $28 and $45 respectively, LANEIGE HOMME Oil Control Cleanser (150ml) and Oil Control Water Lotion (150ml) will be available from July 2015 at all LANEIGE boutiques and counters.
