Today's post is more of a fun one as I'm talking about this 100% Natural Make Your Own Body Scrub Kit* from Beauty Kitchen. Beauty Kitchen is a brand I'm still fairly new to after being introduced to their 100% natural products at the FABB Glasgow event, and I was lucky to receive a little pot of their Inspire Me Body Scrub* which has the yummiest smell of natural honey. The scrub itself was so lovely to use as it's full of Himalayan salt and essential oils, and it's safe to say that I made my way through the little pot very quickly.
After loving the Inspire Me scrub so much, I was so happy to try out this kit which gives you everything you need to create your own body scrub. As you can see from the photo above, the kit comes in a glass kilner jar which is then used for mixing and keeping your scrub, and it;s also great for reusing once the scrub is all gone. Inside the kit you get 2 bags of Himalayan salt, 2 bottles of essential oil, a packet of cranberry seed, 2 bath bombs and a packet of wild cornflower seeds. You also get a set of instructions which are so easy to follow. And the finished product looks something like this..

Tah-dah, my very own 100% natural body scrub! It was so easy to make as you simply need to pour the Himalayan salt and essential oils into the jar before mixing everything up with a spoon. Then all you need to do is sprinkle the cranberry seed on top and make sure it's distributed evenly throughout the scrub. I'm not going to lie, my bedroom smelled absolutely amazing while I made this scrub and the gorgeous scent lasted for the remainder of the day which made me very happy. The scrub itself is such a lovely product to use as the Himalayan salt and essential oils feel so luxurious on the skin and do a great job of gently buffing away dead skin cells, while smelling absolutely gorgeous with the hints of cranberry, cinnamon and orange.
I think that this is such a lovely gift to give as it's fun to put together and such a pleasure to use once the body scrub has been made. I love that everything comes in the kilner jar and it's finished off with a nice bow so it's definitely something that I'd be very happy to hand over as a gift this Christmas! You can find the Love Me Body Scrub Kit on the Beauty Kitchen website  for £19.99 & you can also visit their store in Glasgow if you're ever in the city center.
