BARRES AU BEURRE D’ARACHIDES
INGRÉDIENTS ET MÉTHODE DE PRÉPARATION:
180 g de beurre d'arachide croquant, 180 g de miel, 50 g de céréales de riz soufflé, 70 g de flocons d'avoine. 100 g chocolat (facultatif)
Sur feu moyen, faire chauffer le beurre d’arachides et le miel.
Quand il commence à bouillir un peu, retirer du feu et ajouter les céréales de riz et les flocons d’avoine. Bien mélanger. Verser le mélange sur plaque couverte de papier parchemin. À l’aide d’un rouleau à pâtisserie, étaler le mélange, jusqu’à l’obtention de l’épaisseur désirée. Laisser refroidir un peu puis découper tel que désiré. Conserver dans un contenant hermétique

PEANUT BUTTER BARS
INGREDIENTS AND METHOD:

180 g crunchy peanut butter, 180 g honey, 50 g crisp rice cereal, 70 g rolled oats, 100 g chocolate (optional).
Over medium heat, heat the peanut butter and honey.
When it begins to boil a little bit, remove from the heat and add the crisp rice cereal and rolled oats. Mix well. drop the mixture on a board lined with parchment paper. Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin, to a desired thickness. Allow to cool a bit then cut as desired. Store in an airtight container

BARRITAS CON MANTEQUILLA DE MANI
INGREDIENTES Y ELABORACIÓN:
180 g de mantequilla de maní crujiente, 180 g de miel, 
50 g de cereal de arroz inflado, 70 g de copos de avena, 
100 g chocolate (facultativo)

A fuego medio, calentar la mantequilla de maní y miel.
Cuando comience a hervir un poco, retirar del fuego y añadir el 
cereal de arroz inflado y los copos de avena. Mezclar bien. 
Verter la mezcla sobre una bandeja cubierta con papel de pergamino. 
Usando un rodillo de cocina, extender la mezcla, hasta conseguir 
el espesor deseado. Dejar enfriar un poco y luego cortar barritas 
según se desee. Conservar en un contenedor hermético.

حلوى الطاقة بزبدة الفول السوداني

180 زبدة الفول السوداني المقرمش ، 180 غرام عسل ، 50 غرام رقائق الارز الهشة ، 70 غرام شوفان، 100 غرام شكلاط (اختياري)

على نار متوسطة الحرارة،تسخن زبدة الفول السوداني والعسل.
عندما يبدأ الخليط في الغليان قليلا، يزال من فوق النار ثم تضاف رقائق الارز الهشة و الشوفان. يخلط الكل جيدا. يصب الخليط فوق سطحمغطى بورق الفرن ثم يسرح بواسطة مرقاق للعجين الى حين الحصول على السمك المرغوب فيه. يترك يبرد قليلا ثم يقطععلى شكل حلوى الطاقة. تحفظ الحلوى في وعاء محكم الاغلاق.
