Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • ½ cup kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar or maple syrup to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all of the banana, kiwi, yogurt, ice, and syrup in a blender together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
