AUTUMN NAIL LOOKBOOK
I tend to wear dark nail polish all year around, with the exception of a few pastel shades now and again. I've got a small collection of favourites that I have been really loving this year, so today I'm going to share with you my current nail 'lookbook'.
Barry M Gelly in Blood OrangeAs you all probably know I've recently become a huge fan of the Gelly polish. This color is like a classic red, but has a slightly more orange tone to it which is hardly noticeable. Now that my nails have grown a little, I really love wearing red as it adds a nice pop of color to any outfit.
Barry M Gelly in BlackberryI love this color. It looks quite bright in the bottle, but when it's on it's almost navy. It's a nice change to my usual dark purples or plumbs and I've especially been loving this on my toe nails with a layer of silver glitter over the top.
Barry M Matte in Espresso I'm not usually a fan of matte nails however now that my nails are slightly longer I'm beginning to like the look. This polish is a nice dark brown, almost black colour, which is again a nice change to my usual colours.
Nails Inc in Blossom HillThis polish is a replacement of my go to polish which was Barry M Raspberry. Since I couldn't find the Barry M one again I had to go on a hunt for something similar, and found this. It's a classic raspberry red that looks nice with all outfits and is perfect for this season!
Essie in Turquoise & Caicos This is a step out of my comfort zone and is something I've been loving over the summer. I've worn it a few times in October however I think it's time to put it away for the Winter. It's a gorgeous mint green shade, but it's slightly darker than any other mint green I've tried which is why I really like it. It creates a nice statement and also lasts really well.
