August Supper Club

A week or so ago I posted on facebook an idea for a Supper Club which received an overwhelming response. Almost 70o people saw the post and many posted positive comments. With that in mind, I will be holding my first supper club on August 29th. We are based outside Letterkenny and for my first supper the theme will be Italian. As it’s my first one, places will be limited to 8 and I won’t be requesting an upfront donation. If you like what you’ve been served, you can make a donation at the end of your meal. The suggested amount for a four course meal including a cocktail to start is €25. The menu on offer is:

Aperol Spritz

It’s a bring your own bottle event and I’ve shared my menu with Richard in The Counter Deli who is happy to recommend some wines to compliment this menu. If there is anything you absolutely don’t eat on this menu just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, if you have any food allergies then this menu will not be suitable as eggs, nuts & shellfish are all cooked in this kitchen. There are 8 places available and it’s strictly on a first come, first served basis. To book email me on [email protected].
