In this month, the Sun and Mercury (from the 5th of the month) join forces in a very Aquarian part of your chart, the sector ruling matters of friendship, groups, societies and associations as well as your hopes and dreams. This sector of your horoscope is this connected to teamwork and achieving goals with the help of other people. During this month, you will be concerned with interacting with people, and friends or colleagues may give you a helping hand with your endeavours. You may be dealing or cooperating with groups of people or maybe companies, and if you do need inspiration then this could be provided by friends or younger people who see life a slightly different way than you do. This is a time for networking and getting in touch with friends and considering if you are truly achieving all the goals that you want to out of your life, and of course socializing. This is a fun part of the chart and a lovely time of the year and you should take full advantage of the chance to be with your friends and to celebrate the festive season with them. The New Moon in Sagittarius on the 3rd will put a greater focus on your friends and maybe one in particular and the square from Neptune to Mercury on the same day might cause you question a financial transaction or another money issue. Please be aware of offers and bargains that seem too good to be true. The full Moon in Gemini on the 17th occurs in your 5th house, the one ruling love, children games, hobbies, art creativity and risk taking. This is a time to enjoy yourself and to express your talents in a fun way be it creatively or artistically. You may decide to take up a new hobby and you should certainly find time to have some quality time with the one you love. If you have children they will be keeping you busy and on your toes. If anything is going to get in your way from enjoying yourself, then commitments to friends, groups and clubs may leave you with a dilemma of who to please and who to say no to.
Another pair of planet take center stage in the middle of this month, Venus and your Ascendant ruler Uranus. Venus on the 17th December turns retrograde in your hidden 12th house and normally this transit is one where you are naturally drawn to helping other people including your partner and friends. Venus turning retrograde will make you reconsider your actions now and allow you to understand if any help you are giving is actually needed. Some people can and will take you for a ride using you for the kind and soft heart that you possess and not really care about you in the same manner that you care. Venus working in retrograde motion will increase your desire to give to charities and may bring you into contact with hospitals and medical services now. Uranus in contrast starts to move in direct motion in this month, stationing on the 17th before starting to move ahead directly once more. Your chart ruler is transiting your 3rd house at this time and I suspect that once Uranus gets moving forward life will quicken but technological possessions you own like mobile phones or computers could cause problems, you may also have trouble with your car or unusual events will affect any journeys or trips that you have to make. Mars in December is moves into the sign of Libra and as it does it will enter the 9th house of your natal chart. This house is the one of wisdom and learning and so this month and in the months ahead (Mars will be here for over 6 months) you will be very forthright in wanting to gain a new skill or increase the amount of expertise in any subject that you find fascinating and have interest doing. If you are on your travels then you will want to be constantly busy doing something new and exciting, indeed you will want to experience as much as possible about the people, the culture and the beliefs that they have. This position of Mars can make you a little outspoken if others question your views, so please be aware of the possibility of saying something hurtful. This is not a good month for dealing with legal proceedings as you could get hot under the collar if things do not go your way.
