What could be more refreshing than a freshly juiced drink in the morning? And besides the refreshing taste the ginger in it gives a real boost. This time I made some banana, apple and celery juice. I am slowly but surely getting friends with adding greens to my juice. It´s funny but I really love drinking them in juices than in a smoothie, so I´m not a big fan of the green smoothie hype which is going on right now. What do you think about green smoothies vs. juices? What do you prefer?
All you need is…
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 celery stick
- 1 cm of ginger
Add all ingredients in a juicer and juice until juiced. haha
…too easy but perfect for the morning, espescially for people who aren´t an early bird like me ;)
