Angie Eats New York City! - The Restaurants

By Livingthedreamrtw @livingdreamrtw
Angie at Pio Pio Our food mission in New York City was simple: try as many restaurants as humanly possible in a three day period, with the focus being on pizza, bagels, street food, and ice cream/gelato.  A perfect first entry into the Angie Eats.... series.
Trying to fit this much food in a small amount of time was no easy task and required much research before the trip (and much, much more than three meals a day). Since we were staying in Greenwich Village, most of our research centered around the West Village and the East Village.  But since we like to explore, restaurants from all over New York are featured.
Below is a map of all the restaurants that we investigated and considered visiting prior to our trip. The restaurants and their color coding follows.
