Since it is the a few days before the 4th of July, I felt it appropriate to post some of my recent photos that shared a patriotic theme. I love the look of red, white, and blue together, It's nostalgic and definitely gives me a feeling of American pride. I love seeing American flags hanging on peoples porches, or even their personal docks (seriously, it's a thing here). I saw the White House for the first time a few days ago and loved checking that off my list of things to see. And I'm pretty sure my work comes with one of the best views out there (see the last photo). Overall, I love this time of year and am excited to experience it in my nation's capital!
