Megan Thee Stallion is an American rapper and a three-time Grammy winner. She has been recently accused of harassment by his ex-photographer. Emilio Garcia filed a lawsuit, claiming that Megan forced him to watch her while she had sex with a woman. He also accused her of creating an abusive workplace environment, ultimately making him quit the job.

Grammy award-winning singer Megan Thee Stallion has been accused of harassment by a former cameraman. He accused her of creating a hostile and abusive work environment. Meanwhile, he also claims that he was forced to watch her have sex with another woman, that too, inside a moving car in a foreign land.

The suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Emilio Garcia, who was on a night out with the hip-hop star in Spain, was in an SUV with Megan. He said that Megan started having sex in front of him, and he found it difficult to jump out of a moving car. Nonetheless, even if he did, he would have been alone in that country.

The lawsuit states that Garcia was

embarrassed, mortified and offended throughout the whole ordeal.

Responding to that, the lawyer for the 29-year-old artist stated that she would counter the suit in court.

This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,

Her lawyer, Alex Spiro, said.

He also said that Megan told him the next day of this incident to never mention it to anyone. Garcia also says that she insulted and fat-shamed him. He was treated differently by Megan and started having thoughts of quitting the job as he was underpaid according to the work he did. Moreover, he said in the filed lawsuit that she also made his job intolerable.

The complainant, Emilio Garcia, joined hands with Megan Thee Stallion as her personal cameraman five years ago. In 2019, he started to work with her on a full-time basis. The lawsuit says that he quit the gig in June 2023.
