All I Want for Christmas is You – a Flash Mob Presented by SM CDO and CDO Tycoons

By Lessonsofadad @lessonsofadad
Now, here’s the reason Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas is You has been giving me some really bad LSS (Last Song Syndrome) lately (as I described in a previous blog entry, which became a parenting reflection):
it’s the song that CDO Tycoons and SM Cagayan de Oro used for the city’s second ever flash mob…and my daughter was one of the participants (with me faithfully being around during the practices, and listening to her practice at home, and developing a bad case of LSS in the process).
If you were in SM-CDO around the end of October, you may have witnessed the city’s very first (Halloween themed) flash mob, also done by CDO Tycoons.
This second one is for the holidays, using the said Mariah Carey song, and this time it involved some singing along with the dancing.  Here’s the official video of the event (Lynn being the girl in red, her best friend Raine being the one next to her in the white shirt and green scarf).

It is the hope of CDO Tycoons that there will be more opportunities to do this kind of gig…not only here but in neighboring cities as well.  It’s a whole lot of fun, and it gives the crowd a reason to smile for a few minutes.  Best of all, for this particular flash mob, it was dedicated to the victims (I’d rather call them survivors) of typhoon Sendong.
The good people behind this project would like to congratulate and give a big thank you to:
CDO TYCOONS and SM-CDO
PIZZA HUT and CHOWKING
XTATIC and HIP101
All the TYCOON FLASHMOBBERS
All the TYCOON SINGERS (my daughter, Lynn, and her friend, Raine; the Tagoloan choir; the Lourdes College choir; and others)
MRS. BABY ESCUDERO and MR.DALE LAGONERA
RAPHY ARCAINA, CLOYD WINSTANLEY, JAY-R CHAN, CARLO ALADO, and PAT CHAVEZ.
(This blog is mostly about parenting, with a bit of Christian living and ministry, marriage, Pinoy patriotism, and others topics aimed to develop the reader's mind, body, and soul.  If you would like some good, helpful articles on these topics, I would consider it an honor if you follow or subscribe to Lessons Of A Dad.  You can also go to my Facebook page here, and I’m also on Twitter at @lessonsofadad)
