Hey Loves!
I use to wear dresses or skirts to work all the time and I'm not sure why I stopped but I did. I work with kids so maybe all the sitting on the floor had something to do with it? Not sure BUT I did have the bright idea to wear a dress today. My Aunt actually gifted me this cute gray quilted dress the other day. Actually, now that I think of it- it wasn't REALLY a gift. She claimed she bought it for herself but it ended up being too short. Lucky for me, I'm short. I saw it hanging in my closet last night and thought today would be the perfect day to wear it. I mean, it was about 50 degrees in NYC today. What better day?

Since the dress was short sleeved, I paired it with my favorite crop sweater from Express and some opaque tights. I knew it was a long time since I wore a dress because I got so many compliments. (Thanks co-workers).

Even though i'm in a dress, I was actually totally comfortable today. I wanted to get in at least one style post before the holidays and I thought this outfit was perfect! I love adding sweaters over my dresses because it really does change the look of the dress. I can wear this dress again, differently by adding an open front cardigan! On a side note: details on my Reindeer Nails will be up soon! Until next time......................
