Explaining Akshayakalpa’s pioneering model, Shashi Kumar, CEO and Managing Director, says “Akshayakalpa is focused on a unique model of innovation and deployment of technology right at the farms and fostering micro-entrepreneurship and profitability of farmers, to ensure higher quality of farming and production. We work with farmers for close to two years to train them and help them set up the required infrastructure and facilities at their farms before they become ‘Akshayakalpa farmers’. A rigorous procedure is followed, wherein we produce organic fodder; ensure the cows are free of antibiotics or hormones for healthy milk production and that the milk is completely untouched by human hands in the entire process of production and packaging. In fact, the milk produced goes through 14 rigorous tests starting from farm level to the packaging unit. To retain the cold chain from the farm level until it reaches the end consumer, we have installed BMC (Bulk Milk Chillers) at every milk producing unit (farm) and in the transportation vehicles which maintains the standard temperature at 4° C.

The organizations’ offerings include five milks variants viz Farm Fresh Milk, Slim Milk, A2 Milk, A2 Slim Milk and A2 Pasteurized Milk. It also has a whole range of butter, ghee, paneer and six cheese variants.
