Just wanted to drop a line to share my deepest sympathies with Lebanon and all my friends and readers out there in response to what happened today in Achrafieh. My sincere condolences to all who have lost a dear one today… Today we have all lost a part of our well being… Although all of Lebanon is amazing and but Achrafieh has been a hub for life in Beirut – including areas like Sassine, Mar Mikhahel, Gemmayze, Monot and so much more… The area hosts a number of hot spots including some of my favorite restaurants…
I was thinking about restaurants, hotels and other tourist spots who will be affected by all this… just look at what’s happening. A few days before Eid Al Adha… and this happens.
I call upon all my friends abroad reading me now, please don’t cancel your trips to Beirut this Eid. We are here, we’re alive, we will continue to survive…
