Lake Mills police said Douglas Zobel, 55, was trying Wednesday to repair the malfunctioning firearm when it discharged. He died of his injuries.What's your opinion? Isn't it hard to believe how commonplace these incidents are? Why is it so difficult for people to follow Rule Number 2?
