Texas Attorney General (and GOP gubernatorial candidate) Greg Abbott is quite happy to accept huge pay raises from the people of Texas -- a 63% raise since taking office. But he doesn't believe women should be paid equally to men for the same work. In fact, he admits he would veto any law that tried to accomplish that. Like other right-wing Republicans, Abbott thinks women are second-class citizens -- and should be happy with that status. Do you really want this fool sitting in the governor's mansion?
