A woman named Bokul Das a maid servant, is the victim of gang rape after brutally murdered and isolation of body parts as per post mortem report, a police official said.
The victim's family couldn't file murder case as they are in acute fear. They only registered a missing FIR in the local police station. Somehow few people were arrested by the police, but they will be released if the proper action not taken. Other accused are absconding or untraceable.
This pathetic true story occurred on March 30, 2012 in a small town Chinsurah, suburb of Kolkata (Calcutta), India. Bokul Das has 2 sons and a daughter. Her younger son Badal Das got married to a beautician named Munni. After few days they found themselves unmatched. And the boy runaway from home. The wife of Badal Das called her unsocial links from Bandel Jhupri (Slam). They took the innocent victim with them and she didn't return. The family of the victim filed missing FIR at Chinsurah Police Station. One day later her body was found in the railway track near Bandel Railway Station.

She was unrecognizable as her body was scattered into pieces. GRP send those parts of the body for post mortem to Calcutta and then this horrible shocking story came out. In the camp or prisons, The victim had been tortured with beat and kick, belt attack then they burnt her fingers, toes, faces, genitals, nipples and other body parts with cigarette also forced to swallow a burning cigarette, a range of torture. Then they cut the body into pieces and according to post mortem reports, after that, she was a victim of Gang Rape.
The West Bengal Chief Minister Ms Mamta Banerjee is doing nice honest job in the state. She stands with the family on every occasion/scope she gets if any rustic incident happen in the state and so we can expect her standings with the victim's family to lead her investigators to ensure the spectrum of the Criminal Justice functionaries to punish the accused by submitting proper investigation report before the Court. So to bring justice to the innocent victim and her family.
