My last wedding for 2011 was on the 19th of December and it was Teresa & David’s gorgeous winter wedding at Great Fosters in Egham, Surrey. I absolutely adore this venue! Built in 1550 as a hunting lodge, it has amazing landscaped gardens (a pleasure for couple photos) and fantastic interiors, with some of the original wood panelling from when the lodge was first built, still intact!
As with any (wedding) day, the weather was completely out of our control and it rained pretty much the entire day. Thankfully Teresa (Chinese) & David (Australian) were up for anything and making the most of their venue despite the rain (that’s the spirit!), so we grabbed a brolly and headed outside after taking a few shot indoors, using the beautiful lighting in the Great Fosters corridors.
